Southern Methodist University
Southern Methodist University’s athletic department sought a way to enhance their VIP donor experience on game days without stretching internal resources. With rising expectations from high-level supporters and limited staff capacity, they needed a partner who could seamlessly manage operations while their team focused on relationship-building and fundraising.
SMU partnered with REVELXP to reimagine their premium hospitality approach. Acting as an extension of the Mustangs’ team, REVELXP managed VIP hosting from staffing and logistics to guest experience design. Each touchpoint was carefully curated to reflect the university’s brand and donor expectations, with custom décor, elevated food and beverage offerings, and personalized service.
With their combined experience, internal expertise, and trend awareness, REVELXP helped ensure the new Weber End Zone Complex operated smoothly from day one for all stakeholders including guests, staff, and players.
